About this product
The Odyssey Stroke Lab Black Ten S is a 34-inch slant-neck mallet putter with an oversize Stroke Lab grip. It features a steel/graphite composite shaft for weight redistribution, and a condition rating of 7 (good). Priced at $109.99, this right-handed putter from Odyssey offers modern technology at a more accessible price point.
Our take
The Odyssey Stroke Lab Black Ten S feels balanced thanks to the composite shaft that moves weight to the head and grip. The oversize grip promotes a lighter grip pressure, which I liked. At 34 inches, it's shorter than standard, but it worked for my setup. The mallet head is very forgiving, and the insert gives a soft but lively feel. Condition rated 7 means cosmetic wear, but performance is still strong. For $110, it's a steal if you don't mind the used look. No headcover was a minor disappointment.
